The Lounge King Show

The Lounge King Show , during the 90's a new revival was heating the underground scene around the globe, the sound, wasn't necessarily strident or dark, all the opposite , it was a "light minded sound", from one side, many compilations emerged to the light (such as the Sound Gallery and Karminsky series) on the other side, artists started to play with old recordings mixed with electronica and samples. Many names like "Space Age Pop" , "Lounge Music" (instead of Easy Listening), "chillout" , Nu Jazz etc were created, but there was one piece missing on this music puzzle, a personality, a character capable to handle all this new - "retro" tendence, then The Lounge King appeared, an ex secret agent with latin background, sophisticated, cool, classy, he was the one for this job. The Lounge King is the link between all this "cool" and "smooth" tendences and fun music expressions. With his "suave" style, the Lounge King Show transforms any space into a Lounge pad.
